We want you to be fully empowered by the resources you receive from this ministry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our 30-Day Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note on Returns Address: > Please contact our support team before sending any items back. We will provide you with the correct return address for your region.

Digital Products (PDF & ePub)

Due to the nature of digital content, digital books (ePub and PDF) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered. By purchasing and downloading our digital resources, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Pre-Order Cancellations

For upcoming releases like Beyond the Battlefield, you have the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the official release date of March 9, 2026. Once the digital or physical book has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Exchanges vs. Refunds

  • For Exchanges (e.g., Damaged Physical Books): If your book arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge.

  • For Refunds (Change of Mind): For physical books, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. A return processing fee may be deducted from your final refund.

Damaged and Defective Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@prophetesstanya.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No restocking fee.

European Union & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Regardless of the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging. This does not apply to digital content once the download has started.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
